We have a place for you at The Center

Volunteers are at the center of all we do. For the past two years, more than 50 volunteers have volunteered nearly 2,000 hours annually in a variety of meaningful capacities. This level of support is not only good for our budget, but it’s also a good way to tell our youth that we care.
Despite our many volunteers, we still need more…

This is where you come in.

When you volunteer, you can get in the center of the energy that happens when people roll up their sleeves and say they want to be part of change for the good.

The Center for Whitley County Youth invites you to invest in our community by investing in our youth. You’ll find volunteer opportunities in the areas such as recreation and sports, arts and crafts, martial arts, drama, dance, music, leadership development, fundraising, special events, chaperoning, computer literacy training, clerical support and more!

This Web site was designed to help put you in the Center of community needs. We believe that a successful volunteer partnership matches your skills and time commitments to the needs of The Center and our youth. Though not all opportunities are listed on the volunteer Web site (see below), many of the significant needs are listed and described. With just one click, you can find the volunteer opportunity that best suits your skills and interests. When you find the perfect opportunity, you can initiate your application from the linked Web site and begin the volunteering process.

With your help, we can continue to offer young people safe, fun places to develop the skills they need to be successful. Sign up today to see how you can be the difference in The Center.
